Acceptance of terms

By using mimoricustoms.com or ordering from MIMORI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Shipping, and Refund & Return Policies. You must have legal capacity to order or appropriate guardian permission and provide accurate payment, address, and personalization details.

Prices & fulfillment

Prices, currency, shipping, and taxes appear at checkout. If an order cannot be fulfilled or contains a pricing error, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund it. We will not charge a higher price without agreement.

Your content

Submitted photographs and text must be yours to use or supplied with permission. You authorize their use to create and fulfill your order, not for marketing. We may decline unlawful or infringing content and refund a declined order.

Personalized orders & our designs

Personalized orders cannot be changed or canceled once illustration or production begins. Minor screen-color or artistic variations may occur; defects and material differences remain eligible for appropriate remedies. Our designs and branding may not be copied for commercial use. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
