Dispatch & processing
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. This is processing time, not delivery time. Any different product processing time will be stated before purchase; we will contact you if clarification or a delay affects dispatch.
Delivery
Shipping is charged at checkout. Available destinations, services, and carrier delivery estimates depend on your address. Tracking is emailed when available. Customs, weather, and carrier disruptions can affect delivery; international import charges may be payable unless included at checkout.
Addresses, delays & missing packages
Check your address carefully. Customer address errors may result in additional reshipping charges. For missing or damaged packages, contact hello@mimoricustoms.com so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. If dispatch is delayed, we will notify you and provide any cancellation or refund options required by law.
